“Variety is the spice of life”
From my point of view I enjoy working with a variety of people. To give you some examples of when coaching may help you:
- you have a big decision to make and you are putting off dealing with it
- You want to look at your life as a whole and make sure every area that is important to you is getting enough attention
- You’ve tried some healthy lifestyle changes but find it hard to stick to them
- you’re at a transition point in your work life. For example, you are considering a job or career change
- You’re at a transition point in your personal life, whether it be a decision about a relationship or moving house.
- You feel you are being pulled in too many different directions in life and are running out of energy
- You’re in your twenties and want to get a clear sense of direction and work out what’s really important to you
- You’re in you’re thirties and forties and feel a need to reevaluate how you are allocating your time, energy and finances
- You’re in your fifties and sixties and want to make decisions on retirement
- You’re over 70 and you want to maximise your enjoyment of life
